PAS is ready to cooperate with everyone regardless of political affiliation

The visit of PAS leaders with the Terengganu Menteri Besar to the office of the Chief Minister of Sarawak is on official matters.

Terengganu Menteri Besar was present with PAS leaders to make a courtesy visit to the Sarawak Chief Minister to strengthen relations between the states in Malaysia.

The meeting between the Menteri Besar of Terengganu and the Chief Minister of Sarawak refers to the relationship between the organizations (subject) of public administration.

The meeting focused more on the cooperation between the Sarawak state government and the Terengganu government which has similar interests in oil royalty claims as well as cooperation in areas of mutual development. Besides discussing the problems and the welfare of the people.

The PAS President's statement during a recent visit to Bintulu was misinterpreted as saying that PAS did not want the Chinese to rule the government in Sarawak. In fact, PAS does not want Dap to dominate the Sarawak government as it does with the federal government today.

Dap is a chauvinist Chinese party that focuses more on its own people while other ethnic groups such as the Malay Muslim and Bumiputeras are still marginalized.

PAS wants Sarawak to continue to be led by locals, especially Malay Muslims and Bumiputeras and indigenous peoples who can do justice to all races regardless of race, religion and political affiliation.

PAS may cooperate with any party willing to accept the policy of the PAS struggle regardless of government or any political party or NGO and other organization willing to cooperate.

Why PAS does not want to cooperate with Dap is because Dap proved disloyal in forming a relationship. It is clear that the DAP had been in the Barisan Alternatif before. Dap out, after PAS firmly asserted itself with the Islamic struggle.

After Dap found it difficult to form a government, Dap resumed negotiations with PAS and PKR to form a Pakatan Rakyat and while PAS remained firm in its Islamic struggle, Dap still disagreed with PAS policy. It has been proven that DAP cannot be in a relationship with PAS.

When Pakatan Harapan (PH) won the last general election and formed the federal government, Dap again dominated the federal government by taking over the Ministry of Finance and the state government not affiliated with PH government marginalized.

Like the allocation for Sarawak, Terengganu and Kelantan have been deliberately delayed until the Sarawak government says the finance minister is dishonest. Many promises in the last election was not fulfilled like giving Sarawak 20% of oil royalties if PH ruled.

Although PAS is considered by some to be an extremist Islamist party, PAS is not an extremist because it has a PAS Supporters Congress (DHPP) whose members are non-Muslims of various races and religions. It is up to the Sarawakians to evaluate it. You will not know if you do not love.
